Some programs require a virtual visit with a physical therapist before you can start. You won't be able to do sessions in that program until your visit is complete. The visit is included at no cost to you.
Why Is a Visit Required?
For your safety, a visit may be required based on things like:
A recent surgery
A high pain level
Certain medical conditions
Other factors
What Happens During the Visit?
Your physical therapist will do a more detailed assessment to find the best plan for you.
What Happens After the Visit?
Your physical therapist will decide if it's safe for you to continue the program.
If you're cleared: The program will unlock and be ready to use.
If you're not cleared: You can still use other programs that don't require a visit.
How Do I Schedule My Visit?
Log in to your account. Your programs are listed at the top of the screen.
Scroll to the program that requires a visit.
Select "Schedule a Virtual Visit."
Confirm the state you'll be in at the time of your visit.
Choose your provider if more than one is listed.
Pick a date and time from the physical therapist's schedule to set your appointment.
Why Does My State Matter?
Physical therapists can only see you if they're licensed in the state you're in during your visit. If you're in a different state than the one you selected, you'll need to reschedule with a therapist licensed in that state.
