Step 1:
Log into your account. Your program(s) will be listed at the top of the screen.
Step 2:
Scroll to the program that is requiring a visit.
Step 3:
Select "Schedule a Virtual Visit"
Step 4:
Confirm the state you will be in at the time of your visit.
This is important so that a licensed therapist in your state will see you. If you are not located in the state you selected at the time of the appointment, you will have to reschedule the visit to see a therapist licensed in your state.
Step 5:
Select the provider you would like to see if there is more than one listed.
Step 6:
Select a date and time from the PT's available schedule and set your appointment.
