If English isn't your preferred language, SimpleTherapy can translate your virtual appointment in real time. Live translation is available during health coach and physical therapy visits — no extra setup required before your appointment.
Step 1: Log into your visit
Log into your SimpleTherapy account and join your scheduled virtual appointment as you normally would.
Step 2: Select your preferred language
When prompted, select your native language from the "Select your preferred language" screen.
Step 3: Click the CC button to enable captions
Once inside your visit, click the CC button in the bottom toolbar. A Captions panel will open on the right side of your screen showing the conversation translated in real time.
Step 4 (Optional): Display captions on screen
To see the translation overlaid directly on the video, toggle on "Display captions on screen" at the bottom of the Captions panel. The translated text will appear as an overlay at the bottom of the video feed.
