Here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:


  • If you are using the mobile app, please uninstall & reinstall the app.

  • If you are using the web app, please clear your cache & cookies, close out your browser, and reopen a new tab.

If you are still experiencing an error message after the above steps, please do the following:


  • Screenshot the error message.

  • Send us a message with the picture.

We will look into your issue and help resolve it asap!
