🤔Problem
I can’t complete my session because of technical difficulties. The app itself or the sessions keep freezing, restarting, giving me an error message, or other issue.
💡Solution
If using the mobile app, uninstall & reinstall the app.
If using the web app, please clear your cache & cookies, close out your browser, and reopen a new tab preferably an incognito tab.
Check your internet connection.
Restart your device.
