I can’t log into my account. I have forgotten my password, been locked out for too many failed login attempts, or other technical issue.
💡Solution
If using the mobile app, please make sure you have updated it.
Check your SPAM for the password reset email.
If you didn't receive the password reset email, check that you are using the correct email address associated with your SimpleTherapy account.
If the above steps don't work, message us so we can assist.
To confirm you are using the most current version of the app, you can uninstall and reinstall it. This solves the majority of tech issues!
