To resolve most login issues, please make sure you have updated your app to the most recent version.

*We highly recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the app.


If you need to reset your password, please select "forgot password" and check your spam for the specific password reset link.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive automated emails from us when you fail login, but these emails are DIFFERENT than the triggered email that will have your password reset link when you click "forgot password".

If you don't receive the link to reset your password, please reach out to us so that we can reset your password on our end.
