If the program is requiring you to have a visit with one of our physical therapists, you will be unable to do sessions in that specific body part program until you complete that visit.
A required visit can be based on different factors such as recent surgeries, a high pain level, certain medical conditions, or other factors. This visit in included in the program and no cost to you!
For safety reasons this visit is required for you to move forward with that specific program. During the visit, the physical therapist will perform a more detailed assessment to find out the best course for you. Once the visit in completed, the therapist will decide if it is safe for you to continue the specific program. If so, the program will be unlocked and available for you to use. If you aren't cleared to use the specific program, you can still use other programs if a visit isn't required for those as well.
