How do I access my EAP benefits?

You can access your EAP benefits through the SimpleTherapy app or directly on the EAP website.

Option 1: Through the SimpleTherapy App

Keep all your benefits in one place.

  1. Log in to your SimpleTherapy account.

  2. Select My Benefits, then select EAP.

Option 2: On the EAP Website

  1. Go to simpleeap.com.

  2. Enter your company code and select Get Started.

Already Have an EAP Account?

Select Log In and enter your username and password.

New to EAP? Create Your Account

  1. Select Create Account.

  2. Enter your company code if it doesn't fill in automatically.

  3. Fill in your information. All fields are required.

  4. Enter your phone number and email. Choose how you'd like to receive messages or uncheck the box if you don't want them.

  5. Create a username and password.

  6. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, then check the box to agree.

  7. Pick an avatar or use your initials.

You're all set! You can now use all your EAP benefits.

Don't Know Your Company Code?

Ask your employer's HR department. If they can't help, contact our Care Team and we'll give it to you.
