Registration issues, can't find me, can't locate me, dependent

If the system is giving you an error message that it can't find you, there are a few things you can check that might be causing the issue.

  1. Are you selecting the correct employer's name from the drop-down menu? Dependents must select the primary's employer, not their own.

  2. Are you correctly selecting if you are the primary or the dependent?

  3. Are you using your full legal name and not any nicknames?

  4. If you are asked for an employee or member ID number for extra verification, are you entering the correct number for the primary?

If you have done all the above steps correctly or have any questions, we recommend messaging us so that we can verify the primary's eligibility and provide an ID number if needed.
