Based on your onboarding assessment you currently do not meet the eligibility criteria that are set forth by SimpleTherapy.

To participate in the SimpleTherapy program(s) you will need to meet with a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess the excluded body part. They will make a more thorough and detailed assessment to help you get back on track.
