Step 1:
Download the SimpleTherapy app here http://onelink.to/gcr9t3 or by searching "SimpleTherapy" (all one word) in your app store.
Step 2:
Click register and type in the first 3 letters of your company's name and select it from the drop-down menu.
Step 3:
Follow steps to enter your information and set up your account. Please make sure you use your full name and not a nickname when registering.
If you are a dependent trying to register:
Select the primary's employer, not your own.
Select dependent, not primary.
Register with your own information
