Download the SimpleTherapy app here http://onelink.to/gcr9t3 or by searching "SimpleTherapy" (all one word) in your app store. Once you download the app, click register and you should be able to register with your full legal name, DOB and company name. Be sure to pick the company name from the drop down menu!
