How can I add new Exercises?

Scenario 1: In current program

As far as new exercises, each session is built based on feedback you provided during your previous session. As you rate the videos, that feedback is taken into consideration for the next session to give you new exercises along the way and help progress your program accordingly.

As you get farther into your journey, you will see the length of the sessions increase to 5 videos per session instead of 3.


Scenario 2: Another program

If you want new exercises for a completely different area of your body, then you can add a new program and select the body part that fits your need. Those exercises will be specific to that area and surrounding areas and follow the same pattern of adjusting to your feedback as you complete sessions.
