At the end of every session, our product asks you for feedback. You tell us whether each exercise was too easy, too hard, or just right, and our program will automatically adjust your regiment to match your comfort level—letting you Progress Yourself® at your own pace.
Should any exercise cause you any sharp or stabbing pain, do not perform it. You'll be able to tell us that it hurt at the end of the session, and our product will remove it from your exercise regimen for a period of time. If it continues to be painful for you to do, you may wish to consult a medical professional.
