For Google Authenticator:

  1. Look for the option to enable Google Authenticator on ST App and select it.​

  2. Install the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone.

  3. Within the Google Authenticator app, tap on the option to "Scan a QR code".

  4. Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on the ST app.

5.Once scanned, the Google Authenticator app will generate a unique 6-digit code.

6. Enter that code in 'Enter your one-time code' on the ST app.

7. Google Authenticator will be successfully set up for your ST account and you’re enrolled in MFA as well.

For SMS:

  1. Look for the option to enable SMS on ST App and select it.

  2. Enter your phone number. A unique code will be sent to your phone number

  3. Enter the unique code in the ST app and you’ll be successfully log-in.
