Our health coaches are trained in motivational interviewing and will help you set goals, build confidence, and overcome barriers along the way. They will not tell you what to do, unless you ask of course. Health coaches are trained to guide behavior change. They will also check in periodically and hold you accountable for completing your SimpleTherapy sessions. Is it required? No, but it is recommended to help you succeed. Your health coach will reach out to you initially and you can let them know your preferences at that point in time.
