Should I use the skip function to skip videos?

The skip function was built so you can skip a video if there is a movement you cannot physically do or one that a medical professional has told you not to perform. If you feel safe enough to perform the movement and are physically able, it is recommend to not skip it. This will allow your program to take you through the proper progressions related to your pain.
