Unfortunately, we are not able to give you medical advice related to your pregnancy. We recommend speaking with your physician regarding which kind of exercises are safe for you at this time.
Generally, stretching is safe early on in pregnancy but there are certain positions to avoid such as lying flat on your back. If there are any exercises your physician tells you are not safe for you, you can utilize the skip button during your sessions to skip the exercise. At this time, we cannot adjust your program, so it knows you are pregnant.
Please play it safe and speak with your physician before starting SimpleTherapy. If they decide SimpleTherapy is not a good option for you at this time, please reach out again once your baby is born and you are cleared to resume exercising. We do have programs for new and expecting moms!
