How do I reschedule or cancel my visit?

Important: Please Complete Your Appointment to Move Forward

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans need to change. However, we want to encourage you to only cancel your upcoming appointment if it is absolutely necessary. Your appointment is a critical step in helping you move forward, and rescheduling or canceling can delay your progress.

To reschedule:

  1. Open the SimpleTherapy app and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to the My Programs tab.

  3. Swipe up until you find the Reschedule button.

  4. Tap on Reschedule.

  5. Choose your preferred date and time.

  6. Tap Reschedule again to confirm your changes.

To cancel:

If you must cancel your appointment, please note that the only way to cancel is through the appointment confirmation email. There is no option to cancel directly within the app.

To cancel:

  1. Open the appointment confirmation email you received when you booked the appointment.

  2. Follow the "NEED TO RESCHEDULE?" link provided in the email. (You will be able to cancel, even though it says to reschedule)

3. Enter your reason for cancelling the appointment, and then click "cancel event".

4. You will see a confirmation that your appointment has been cancelled. You will also be sent a cancellation confirmation email.
