To reschedule, please use the reschedule button on the confirmation email that was sent to you. If you no longer have access to that email, please click on the care team tab in your app and schedule another call using the "schedule health coach call now" button. 😀 Here are the steps:
Click "care team tab."
Click "schedule a health coach call now." This is located under the "chat with us button."
Select a day.
Select a time.
Enter your details.
Click schedule event.
