How can I reach my Health Coach?

At SimpleTherapy, we understand that sometimes you may have questions or need additional support during your journey to better health. That's why we have a dedicated Care Team available to assist you. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to contact your Care Team.


Contact Methods in the App:

  • Messenger

  • Appointment


Step 1: Log into your SimpleTherapy account

The first step to contacting your Care Team is to log into your SimpleTherapy account on the mobile app or through the website.


Step 2: Click on the Care Team tab

Once you are logged in, click on the Care Team tab. This will take you to a page where you can view your Care Team's information and contact options.


Step 3: Choose your preferred method of contact

On the Care Team page, you will see two options for contacting your Care Team:

  • Send a Message

  • Schedule a Visit

    You can choose whichever method is most convenient for you.


  • Send a Message

If you have a question or concern that can be addressed through a message, click on the "Send a Message" button. This will open a message form where you can type in your message and send it directly to your Health Coach. They will respond to your message as soon as possible.

  • Schedule a Visit

If you prefer to speak with your Health Coach or have a more detailed question or concern, please schedule a visit by clicking on the "Schedule a Visit" button.

Please note that all Health Coach calls are virtual and must be completed through your SimpleTherapy account.

If you do not want to be on camera, please turn your camera off. But remember to turn your mic on!
