When the user signs up for SimpleTherapy, we lead them through a screening process to ensure that they are the right fit for this program. 

Some of these users are vetted out, at which point they are asked to see a clinician for approval of unsupervised exercise therapy. 

Once they have received the approval, they may continue with the SimpleTherapy program.
