At SimpleTherapy, you may work with both Physical Therapists (PTs) and Health Coaches—and while they work together to support your well-being, their roles are different. Here’s a quick guide to help you understand who does what:

SimpleTherapy Physical Therapists

Our licensed Physical Therapists are movement and musculoskeletal experts.
They help you by:

  • Evaluating your symptoms and movement patterns

  • Identifying what may be causing your pain or discomfort

  • Guiding you through safe, effective exercises tailored to your condition

  • Adjusting your exercise program when needed to help you progress

  • Ensuring you’re performing movements correctly to prevent re-injury

Think of PTs as your clinical experts for pain, mobility, and rehabilitation.

SimpleTherapy Health Coaches

Health Coaches focus on helping you build healthy habits and stay consistent with your wellness goals.
They support you by:

  • Encouraging you to stay on track with your exercise program

  • Helping you overcome barriers—like motivation, time, or confidence

  • Providing lifestyle tips around movement, recovery, stress, and overall well-being

  • Celebrating wins and helping you set realistic goals

Think of Health Coaches as your partners in accountability, motivation, and habit-building.

Working Together for Your Success

Our PTs and Health Coaches collaborate behind the scenes to make sure your care is safe, personalized, and supportive. Whether you need clinical guidance, encouragement, or help staying consistent, our team is here to help you every step of the way
