Simple Therapy is designed to fit around your lifestyle, no matter how busy your schedule is. If you can spare a 15 minutes a couple times a week, then you will be able to take full advantage of Simple Therapy. Also, the frequency of your exercises have to do with how bad or good you feel. From 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest you may not have to perform a lot of exercises. However, you must also have an internal drive to want to get yourself pain free.
